GDPR Information from Swedish Transport Administration

Swedish Transport Administration is the execution body of the conference “3rd Global Ministerial Conference on Road Safety 2020”. In order to administrate the conference your contact details and personal data will be processed by Swedish Transport Administration with the purpose of managing the conference.

Data will be accessed by Swedish Transport Administration staff and contracted suppliers and partners and may be transferred to Government Offices of Sweden, World Health Organization and approved pre- and post-event organizers. Legal basis is general interest.

Personal information could also contain health data such as allergies or special needs, as enter during conference registration or transferred to us by other means in order to administer the conference. Staff access to health information will be strongly restricted.

The Swedish Transport Administration will take photographs and make video recordings during the conference with the purpose to communicate about the conference.

Photos and videos from the conference can be published on the Swedish Transport Administrations website, in social media or in print. Photos or videos from the conference with identifiable persons is a processing of personal data made with the legal basis public interest.
