If possible, register on site the day before the conference starts, to receive your personal badge
If possible, in order to avoid queuing, we recommend that you register on site on Tuesday 18 February, the day before the conference starts. When registering, you need to show your confirmation barcode together with a photo identification, to receive your personal badge. You find the confirmation barcode on top of your confirmation letter.
Luggage is handed in for storage
Please note that luggage, such as cabin bags and larger bags, must be handed in for storage. A luggage tent is in place at the registration site. It is not allowed to bring luggage into the conference venue.
All participants need to pass a security check upon entry. All participants must wear a name badge throughout the conference.

- Thursday, 20 February, 07:15 – 16:00
Location: Waterfront Congress Centre, Nils Ericsons Plan 4, Stockholm
All participants shall take their seats for the arrival of His Majesty the King, no later than 08:45 am. The doors will be closed during the opening ceremony.
