We welcome all registered delegates to the 3rd Global Ministerial Conference on Road Safety. The conference badge desk opens 18 February.
In order to avoid queuing, we recommend that you pick up your personal conference badge Tuesday 18 February, the day before the conference starts.
Location: Waterfront Congress Centre, Nils Ericsons Plan 4, Stockholm.
The invitation to the conference is personal and a digital registration is required before arriving to the conference. It is not possible to enter the conference without being registered. Each registered participant will receive a personal conference badge upon arrival at the conference centre. The confirmation barcode and a government issued photo identification is required to receive the conference badge.
The conference badge desk will be open during the following times:
- Tuesday, 18 February, 10:00 - 21:00
- Wednesday, 19 February, 07:15 – 17:30
- Thursday, 20 February, 07:15 – 16:00
The conference starts at 09:00 19 February.
All participants shall take their seats at 08:45 for the arrival of His Majesty the King. No entry to the plenary hall will be allowed during the Opening Ceremony.
